I am an experienced clinical hypnotherapist, hypnotherapy lecturer and supervisor. I work most often with anxiety and confidence issues, specialising in working with teenagers, particularly those with additional needs such as ADHD and ASD and other neurodiverse conditions. 
Additionally, as a qualified and accredited pharmacist with 30 years experience, I also work with those wishing to reduce dependency on medication, whether prescribed or recreational.
